Faulty or Incorrect Items

All sales are final, except for faulty or incorrect items. Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items. Items must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Please email us at hello@littlehandstudio.com to initiate the process of return and refund.

Due to the nature of the product, digital patterns cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of digital patterns are final.

Personalised & Final Sale Items

All personalised and final sale items are strictly non-refundable.

Workhops

All workshops are strictly non-refundable, but it is transferable. Rescheduling is allowed once, with 48-hours notice. Admin fee applies for rescheduling of workshop.
